Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, services, and
interactions with Boon Pharma Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”),
including but not limited to in-store purchases, online orders, delivery
services, and customer support channels.
By
accessing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by
these Terms.

Pharma Corp. operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine laws and
regulations, including but not limited to:
- Food and Drug Administration regulations
- Department of Health (DOH)
rules
- Good Distribution Practice
(GDP) standards
- Consumer Act of the
Philippines (RA 7394)
- Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA
10173)
Failure to
comply with these regulations may result in refusal of service or cancellation
of transactions.

NATURE OF BUSINESS
Boon
Pharma Corp. is engaged in the distribution and sale of pharmaceutical
products, medical supplies, and healthcare-related items.

- Product information provided
is limited to approved labeling and regulatory-allowed details
Customers
must consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
4.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
- Customers must be at least 18
years old
- Prescription-only medicines
require a valid prescription, subject to verification
- Boon Pharma Corp. reserves the
right to refuse or cancel transactions that do not meet regulatory
requirements

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
- All prices are subject to

- Product availability is not
guaranteed
- Errors in pricing or listing
may result in order cancellation

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

successful payment and verification

DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER
- Delivery timelines are
estimates only
- Responsibility transfers to
the customer upon receipt of goods

upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours
Delays
caused by force majeure, couriers, or regulatory actions are beyond the
Company’s control.
8.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to
pharmaceutical safety regulations:
- Most products are non-returnable
and non-refundable
- Returns are accepted only
under FDA-allowable conditions
- Approved returns are subject
to inspection and documentation
All return
requests are governed by the official Return & Disposition Policy of
Boon Pharma Corp.
9.
PRODUCT QUALITY & SAFETY
Boon
Pharma Corp. maintains strict quality controls.
Any report involving product defects, damage, or recall notices will be handled
under established quarantine, recall, and disposition procedures.
10.
PROHIBITED USES
Customers
and users must not:
- Use products for illegal or
unauthorized purposes
- Misrepresent identity or
documents
- Attempt to bypass controls or
policies
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent,
or harmful behavior
Violations
may result in refusal of service or legal action.
11.
DATA PRIVACY

- No patient medical records are
stored
- Data is protected against
unauthorized access
By
transacting with Boon Pharma Corp., you consent to lawful data processing.
12.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All
trademarks, logos, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Boon
Pharma Corp.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boon
Pharma Corp. shall not be liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Failure to follow labeling or
professional instructions
- Indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages
- Delays or losses beyond
reasonable control

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The
Company reserves the right to:
- Refuse or discontinue service
- Cancel transactions
- Suspend access due to policy
violations or regulatory concerns
Such
actions do not waive any existing obligations.
15.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These
Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Philippine courts.
16.
AMENDMENTS
Boon
Pharma Corp. may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
