RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY**

Effective Date: (January 10, 2026)

Boon Pharma Corp. is committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of medicines and medical supplies, we strictly follow safety, regulatory, and quality standards.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales are FINAL.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT allowed once products leave our premises EXCEPT under the specific conditions stated below.

This policy is in place to comply with pharmaceutical safety regulations and to protect patient health.


2. ACCEPTABLE GROUNDS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges may be considered ONLY if any of the following conditions apply:

 a. Wrong Item Supplied

  • Product delivered is different from what was invoiced
  • Error is attributable to Boon Pharma Corp.

 b. Damaged Items Upon Receipt

  • Product is physically damaged, leaking, or broken at the time of delivery
  • Must be reported within 24 hours from receipt

 c. Factory Defect

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection
  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

 d. Short Shipment / Missing Items

  • Quantity delivered does not match the invoice

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

 Prescription medicines
 Over the counter (OTC) medicines once released
 Refrigerated / cold-chain products
 Opened, used, or tampered items
 Products without original packaging
 Items with damaged or removed seals
 Products nearing expiration (≤6 months), unless defective
 Sale, clearance, or promotional items
 Change-of-mind or incorrect ordering by the customer


4. RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return or exchange to be accepted:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original Sales Invoice / Official Receipt must be presented
  • Request must be made within 24 hours of receipt
  • Item must pass quality and verification inspection

Boon Pharma Corp. reserves the right to approve or deny any return request after evaluation.


5. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Approved returns will be processed as:
    • Replacement of the same item, or
    • Store credit, at management discretion
  • Cash or bank refunds are not guaranteed
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

6. DELIVERY & COURIER CLAIMS

For items shipped via third-party couriers:

  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery
  • Any damage or discrepancy must be:
    • Noted on the delivery receipt, and
    • Reported to Boon Pharma Corp. within 24 hours
  • Failure to report within the stated period voids eligibility for claims

7. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

Boon Pharma Corp. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Modify this policy without prior notice
  • Make final decisions on all return-related disputes
